LWGA NEW MEMBER APPLICATION
(Please do not use for existing member renewal.)

Submit between September 1 and September 30, 2010. Open Enrollments are also available between January 1-8, 2011 and April 1-8, 2011 and July 1-8, 2011.

Eligibility
• Reside in Beaufort County at least six months of each year (cumulative) and have reached the age of 25
• Permanent Beaufort County address and operative telephone number
• Member in good standing of a Beaufort County Golf Club
• Current USGA handicap from the state of South Carolina provided by a Beaufort County GC
• Maintained a maximum 21.5 USGA handicap index for the four (4) months prior to application.
• Payment of $45 Dues (Dues are not prorated for those joining in January, April, and July.)
